Goals: Provide a positive social environment for aging seniors Create health and nutrition education to support senior learning about the effects of nutrition and physical activity on their health and aging Support age-appropriate instruction on how to live a healthier, independent lifestyle Use resources to integrate nutrition education, physical activity and health into a supportive social setting
